Pay your Bill - through your credit card or use AutoPay - to withdraw funds from your bank

The Utilities Department is responsible for implementing water, sewer, and refuse services to the citizens of Gilbert and for the billing, collection and payments of the utility accounts. Utilities is located on the first floor of the Gilbert Municipal Center at 50 E. Civic Center Drive. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. The office is closed on holidays.

Payment of utility bills is accepted on-line, via phone 24 hours a day at (480) 503-6400, mail or in person. Access Utility bill payments on-line.

*** Effective April 30, 2010, the South Area Service Center lobby at 4760 S. Greenfield Road will no longer be open to customers for utility billing and public works assistance.  The drop box will still be serviced once a day for payments.***

To report a street light outage please call (480) 503-6488 or access the Street Light Outage form on-line.

To request service for a missed trash container pickup, please submit the following online request for service after 5:00pm on your normal service day.  Please note, pickup schedules changed effective April 5, 2010.
