The Utilities Department is responsible for implementing water, sewer, and refuse services to the citizens of Gilbert and for the billing, collection and payments of the utility accounts. Utilities is located on the first floor of the Gilbert Municipal Center - 50 E. Civic Center Drive, and at the South Area Service Center - 4760 S. Greenfield Road. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. The office is closed on holidays.

Payment of utility bills is accepted on-line, via phone 24 hours a day at (480) 503-6800, mail or in person. Access Utility bill payments on-line.
