To report a water quality issue, please call (480) 503-6400 during regular office hours and (480) 503-6500 (Police non-emergency) during off hours.
Pool draining without a permit is allowed in the Town of Gilbert, however there are some guidelines to follow.
If you have a “traffic signal” service concern between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., please contact our customer service representatives at (480) 503-6400 and press “0”. If the concern is after 5:00 p.m., weekends, or on a holiday, contact the Police Department at (480) 503-6500.
