All reservations must be made 3 full business days in advance (Monday-Friday)
Note: Deadline for same weekend reservations is Tuesday by 5:00 PM.

  1. NON-RESIDENTS ARE ASSESSED A 50% SURCHARGE.
  2. A $25.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE IS APPLIED BEGINNING WITH THE THIRD CHANGE ON A PARK RESERVATION.
  3. ADDITIONAL FEES, SURCHARGES (AND/OR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE DEPOSITS) may be assessed to individuals or groups requiring special accommodations resulting in  out-of-pocket costs to the department or Gilbert.
  4. Reservations by Gilbert Sports Coalition groups are subject to the Gilbert Sports Coalition Polices and Operational Procedures document APPROVED BY COUNCIL ON December 19, 2006.
