SUPER SATURDAY SERIES-1 Day Classes

· CREATE YOUR OWN T-SHIRT
It’s a New Year, time for a new shirt! Using a variety of stamps and stencils, kids create an original t-shirt. A one-day activity not to be missed, t-shirts provided.

· GINGERBREAD HOUSE CREATIONS
Come and have a great time designing your very own delicious gingerbread house with graham crackers, frosting, and assorted candies!

· HOLIDAY CRAFTS
Join us early to start your holiday season off with some arts and crafts fun. Each student will decorate their own ornaments from a large selection of pre-made clay & wooden shapes. These make great keepsakes or gifts.
5-10 YEARS

· ROCKETRY WORSHOP-Parent/Child
In this workshop each of you will build your very own rocket from a kit. After your rocket is complete we will launch it and have a rocket race with you parent. Parents do not need to register. Each participant will receive a rocket kit.

About Gilbert Community Center & Adult Center

Not your typical center. Aside from holding Leisure Pursuit Classes this center is truly a gathering place for all people. Once you walk in the front door you will experience the home grown feel of a small town community. Here we service the families in the Heritage District with a safe place for children to come and enjoy recreation. For the Active Adult 55 and over, we host on-going affordable trips, card games, crafts, painting classes, exercise classes, dancing to live bands, movies, bingo and bunko. Please access the 55+ Senior Programs web page to view more events taking place this season. The Adult Program is overseen by Community Services of Arizona, and assisted by the Town of Gilbert.

User friendly equipment is great for all ages. Participants ages 12 and older may utilize the fitness room. (12-14 must be accompanied by and adult)
