Congress of Neighborhoods
Since
1997, Congress of Neighborhoods community events have resulted
in positive changes in Gilbert. Recommendations affecting growth, code
enforcement, traffic, homeowner associations, community schools, open
space and trails have been forwarded to the Gilbert Town Council and have
affected Town policy.
