Business Registration and Licensing
Every commercial and home-based businesses located in Gilbert is required to have a business registration. Here are the steps to apply:
- Download the registration application in the Applications section.
- In addition to a business registration, certain types of businesses are also required to have a business license. Please download the appropriate business type in the Licenses section.
- ALL businesses occupying a commercial building or suite need to have a certificate of occupancy. If a building permit is required, your certificate of occupancy will be issued after final inspection. If no building permit is required, you can complete a Certificate of Occupancy application downloadable in the Applications section.
