1. The Building Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday 8:00 Am to 5:00 PM, except Town Holidays. Monday and Friday are the busiest days of the week, and between 11:30 to 1:30 are the busiest hours daily.
2. Informational handouts are also available at the Building Permit Counter. These handouts cover a wide range of permit information, such as what must accompany an application for a building permit, how to calculate permit fees, etc.
3. For other than single-family residential projects, plans may be required to be prepared by an Arizona Registrant. If this work is done in a commercial building, an Arizona licensed contractor must do it.
4. You will need a building permit for a storage shed over 120 sq ft. This shed must not be for human occupancy, and all zoning setback requirements must be met.
5. Fences over three feet in height will require a permit.
PUBLIC NOTICE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2010 Plan review fee(s) will be finalized at the completion of first review with any balance due collected at that time and any credit applied to the final cost. The following codes are effective January 1, 2008
